The exhibition “Daydreaming” brought together a set of works from different series.  Some of them were started more than ten years ago.  They are series that remain open, as reflections to which I always return from a new place. Other works more recent, respond to some interests that have expressed themselves more strongly in recent times.

Everything coexists with a certain naturalness, although the techniques and materials vary, everything arises from a very intimate and caring space. The images in faint colors, as if in a dreamlike state, seem to dematerialize when crossed by light.

“Daydreaming” refers to a mental state that is similar to the state that working with your hands induces. When one is concentrating on knitting, embroidering or drawing repeated gestures; stitches, knots, lines, circles… the mind is freed and the imagination is awakened.
